Walter Quirt (American, 1902-1968). Ink on paper painting depicting a galloping horse, 1958. Pencil signed and dated along the lower left. Included with the lot is a 1960 American Federation of Arts exhibition catalog.

Condition
No visible tears, creases, or losses. No visible sign of restoration under UV light. It is difficult to discern whether the paper is toned or not due to the original color of the paper. Along the negative spaces, there are a few scattered minute marks, possibly handling marks or original pen marks; please see the listing image. Framed under plexiglass; not inspected out of frame. Very light wear to the frame.
