University of Minnesota Gophers cart with small gold Naval Company, Inc cannon. Painted metal cart in maroon and gold with four wheels, two handles on either side, and a ramp in which a small cannon can slide and rest. Decorated on two sides with the Gophers' mascot, Goldy. One side with the University of Minnesota monogram and the opposite with "Goal Line Club." There are two small doors that open to storage. Included is a University of Minnesota flag with a large gold monogrammed "M" and a maroon and gold polo shirt with "Cannon Man" in collegiate lettering along the back. The name "Rod" is stitched along the front.

Operated by Rod Wallace (American, 1924-2017) who was the "Cannon Man" at their games for over 20 years. He fired the small cannon when the team scored. A lifelong Gopher fan, he was an avid supporter of the football team and was among the first to back their new stadium. He was also a Twin Cities business person, owning and operating the Thunderbird Motel (now demolished) for over 40 years.
