Set of four 19th c. Dutch sterling silver candlesticks, with spiral twist stems on round spreading bases. Profusely decorated throughout with scrolling florals and mythological scenes in low relief. Impressed hallmarks to the lower edge: the lion passant mark indicating purity, the key mark indicating the pieces were made for export, and maker's marks.
