<b>Schneider, France. French export glass vase of a mottled blue and orange coloration. Marked "Schneider France" along the underside. Charles and Ernest Schneider created glassworks in the same area of France as Emile Galle and the Daum brothers. The company operated throughout the 20th century from 1912 to 1981 in various forms.</b><br /><i>Height: 14 1/4 in x diameter: 6 3/4 in.</i>
Condition
No chips along the upper and footrim. The color is bold and bright. Surface bubbles visible, original to the artistic practice. Light wear throughout. Throughout the exterior, there are a few scattered areas with unknown accretions that are fluorescent under UV light; however, they do not appear to be a restoration. Dust and unknown residue collected along the interior. Wear to the underside, consistent with age and use.
