Pair of Chinese Anglo Export carved wood armchairs with scrolling arms and legs and a dragon motif. Each with a marble panel inset in the backsplat.
Each, height: 40 in x width: 24 1/2 in x depth: 22 1/2 in.

Both chairs are structurally sound and stable. All components are firmly attached. The marble inserts are in good condition with no visible chips, cracks, or major losses. There is some uneven discoloration to the wood along the seats where they have been covered by cushions. To one chair there is light wear throughout, mainly along the feet. There is one minor crack along the lower edge of the right arm where the joint is located. To the other chair there is separation along almost all the joints; some evidence of previous attempts at restoration. General wear throughout, mainly along the feet.
