Ornate carved Chinese 19th century chair with inlaid porcelain famille verte plaques in the rose mandarin style. All surrounded and framed by well carved rosewood. There is a small Arabic label attached to base.
Height: 39 in x width: 26 in x depth: 20 in.
Condition
The chair is structurally sound and stable. There are no major chips, cracks, losses, or restorations. There is some slight separation along the joints. General wear throughout including some small scuffs and scratches. Dust collected throughout in the recessed areas. The porcelain is in good condition with no major chips, cracks, losses, or restorations. Some wear to the extreme edges where it joins with the wood.
