The color has peeled off; however, there is no major loss to iron that alter the overall appearance of the sculpture. Erosion to iron. Discoloration and chipping to the marble. The sculpture, captured right in the listing image, has a 1/4 inch loss to the top part of the marble stand; when inspected under UV light, there is a possible glue restoration attempt along where the column and the foot meet. The sculpture, left in the listing, has areas that are fluorescent under UV light; however, there is not enough evidence to discern that they are restored; please contact us for the picture.
