H. Fred Skaggs (American, 1956-1983). One mid-twentieth century Modernist silver and colored stone cuff. It contains natural tumbled amethyst, rock crystal quartz, citrine, and peridot pebbles, all bezel set and resting on the main cuff. Impressed maker's mark "H. Fred Skaggs" along the reverse of the cuff. Impressed hallmark "Sterling Handmade" along the reverse of cuff.
