H. Fred Skaggs (American, 1956-1983). Group of two sterling silver rings set with semi precious stones. One ring is set with a red stone measuring 29 mm by 16 mm, and marked "Sterling Hand Made H. Fred Skaggs" along the reverse. The other ring is set with a green stone measuring 13 mm by 20 mm, and marked "H. Fred Skaggs Hand Made Sterling HF" along the reverse.
