Daniel Kaniess (American, 1955-2012). Abstract mixed media on board painting, housed in a frame handmade by the artist. Kaniess was a fixture of the Twin Cities music scene as a founding member of the band 2i. He worked as a musician and artist throughout his life, forming the noise improvisational group BLACKi.

Condition
The item is in excellent condition with no visible tears, creases, or losses. No visible sign of restoration when inspected under UV light. The surface is stable. Very light wear to the frame.
