Carlo Bugatti (Italian,1856-1940) and Eugenio Quarti (1867-1929). Monumental Orientalist corner cabinet with profuse marquetry decoration in ebonized wood throughout. The lower section with a central cabinet with a glass door, flanked by two open shelves. The left side with three drawers; the right with an additional glass front cabinet. The asymmetrical center section with an open shelf backed with a three panel illustration on vellum depicting a scene of camel riders. The upper cabinet with three glass doors, each with North African-inspired decoration, surmounted by an elaborate marquetry top with soaring finials.
