Gorham Manufacturing Co., United States. Five piece sterling silver vanity set, including three brushes, one nail buffer, and one mirror. With ornate floral and foliate details including morning glories. Most likely produced during 1933-1941. Each item stamped with individualized model number.
Provenance: Property from the distinguished collection of Mr. James Lee Soffer, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Height ranges from 1/2 in to 2 in; width ranges from 1 1/2 in to 6 in; depth ranges from 4 in to 8 1/2 in. Gross weight of items: 735.7 grams.
Light scratching and tarnishing through out. Polish accretions to the recessed areas. Polish accretions to the wood paddles of the brushes. Brush bristles are full and upright. Nail buffer buffing pad separating from base and worn and dirty.
