American Waltham Watch Co., United States. One Royal pocket watch. 18k yellow gold hunter case with engraved foliate and floral details, and empty carouche. White dial marked "A. W. Co. Waltham" with Roman hour markers, sub-seconds dial with Arabic numerals in the 6 o'clock position. Serial number 1600105. Back inner case marked A.W. Co B 12670 K18 and inside inner case marked 18K B 12670.
