Following studies in Europe, Kilbride began teaching art at the Minneapolis School of Art, followed by the Walker Art School, the University of Minnesota, and Macalester College in St. Paul. His works are held in the collections of The Walker Art Center in Minneapolis, The Minneapolis Institute of Art (Mia), The Minnesota Historical Society, and the University of Minnesota.

No visible tears, losses, or restorations. The acidic mat has some wear and discoloration. Some soiling to the glass. Framed under glass; not inspected out of frame. Light wear to the frame.
