John T. McCutcheon (American, 1870-1949). Ink on paper two-panel cartoon of James J. Hill painting a picture of "The Golden Northwest" to a group of men. The bottom panel of a group of men playing soccer with umbrellas in the rain. "Minnesota Day in Chicago" is inscribed above both panels. Signed in pen along the lower left of the top panel.
