Original handwritten Love Your Melon mission statement by Love Your Melon founders. It reads:
"Mission Statement, Love Your Melon is an oranization [sic] founded by students on the vision of instilling hope & creating smiles in the lives of children with cancer. Through our one for one program, we give hats identical to those purchased to children who are going through cancer treatment. Our warm winter hats are made of all natural fibers in the USA."
The statement is mounted and framed under museum glass.
The seller's proceeds from this sale will be donated to the Pinky Swear Foundation and M Health Fairview Masonic Children's Hospital.
