James Wilcox Dimmers (American, 20th/21st c). Group of two paintings depicting Minnesota landscapes. One landscape in muted blacks, greens, and blues and signed and dated January 1984 in pencil along the lower right edge. Titled in pen along the cardboard backing "St. Croix Night, July 1984" and further inscribed "Merry Christmas 1985, To Lynne & Jean, With lots and lots of love!!! Bless you, both, with everything good life can bring. With love - Jim." The other painting of a snowy forest and signed and dated February 13, 1984 in pencil along the lower right edge.
