Carlo Nason (Italian, b. 1935) for Mazzega, Italy. Mid-century Modern Model LT 305 "Lotus" table lamp consisting of four interlocking hand-blown Murano glass pieces that nest within each other to give the lamp its titular form, ca. 1960s.
Height: 19 in x diameter: 18 1/2 in. The lamp is in good condition with no chips, cracks, or losses. The lamp functions but has not been tested for prolonged use. Some wear to the metal base consistent with age and use. Dust and dirt collected along the surface of the four glass components. Some wear to the wiring.
