Guerilla marketing poster for Tokion magazine depicting a cartoonish face with the letter "B" for eyes and wearing a hat featuring a skull and the moniker "THR" for The Human Race and/or The Heart Revealed street art crew. Inscribed "TOKION" underneath the face; stamped "Tokion Magazine" along the upper left.
In the late 1990s, Japan-based arts and culture magazine, Tokion, commissioned a project by several iconic graffiti artists - including Barry McGee, Phil Frost, Shepard Fairey, KAWS, and Misha Hollenbach - to create an original Tokion poster that would be used in an advertising campaign throughout Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, and Chicago.
