WMF Jugendstil secessionist enameled jewelry box, ca. 1910. With a faceted glass ball finial. Marked WMF along the base. Wurttembergische Metallfabrik was founded in Geislingen, Germany in 1853. Possibly designed by sculptor and designer Albert Mayer, WMF director from 1884-1914.

No major dents, losses, or restorations visible. Wear and discoloration to the metal throughout, visible in the listing photographs. Some discoloration to the enamel decoration. The silk lining is heavily worn and shredded in many areas. Stains to the silk throughout. The finial is slightly loose. Lacking the key.
