William Hogarth (English, 1697-1764). Group of four engravings titled "Times of the Day: Morning, Noon, Evening, and Night." They provide a social commentary on daily life in 18th century London depicting the fashion and social interactions between the rich and the poor. Each is titled in plate along the lower center. These prints were first published in 1738.
