Sight; height: 13 3/4 in x width: 11 1/2 in. Framed; height: 18 1/4 in x width: 16 1/4 in. The painting is in good condition overall with no visible creases, or major losses or tears. The surface is stable, and the color is bold and bright. There are a few areas that show color different along the sky; however, they do not appear to be a restoration. When inspected under UV light, there is no visible sign of restoration. There is a 1/4 inch long tear to the building; please see the listing image. There is a minute loss to the sky. There is stretcher bar mark along the sky. There are light lines of cracks that started to form to the sky. Wear to the frame; dust collected to the recessed areas.
