Wilford Begay (American (Navajo), b. 1965). One late twentieth century Navajo petit point silver and turquoise squash blossom necklace with ten squash blossoms that each contain twenty three bezel set oval shaped turquoise cabochons. The naja has additional designs on the crest and interior, containing ninety six bezel set oval cabochons. The turquoise ranges in color from deep blue to light bluish green. Impressed maker's mark " W BEGAY" along the reverse of naja.
