Thomas Hart Benton (American, 1889-1975). Lithograph on paper titled "The Farmer's Daughter" depicting a young girl pumping water from a well while her faithful dog watches. Pencil signed along the lower right. Benton was a key figure in the American Regionalist art movement along with fellow artists Grant Wood and John Steuart Curry.
Sight; height: 10 1/4 in x width: 13 3/4 in. Framed; height: 16 3/4 in x width: 20 3/4 in x depth: 1/2 in.

Condition

There are no major creases, tears, losses or restorations. The sheet is toned and there minute foxing along the lower right edge. The sheet is framed in a non-archival mat. Not examined out of frame. Framed under glass. Wear to the frame.
