Siam sterling case of repousse design featuring dieties. Marked at the base Siam Sterling. The top pulls off to open, inside two silver tooth picks, one marked sterling. 800 silver cigar lighter of repousse floral design. The top pulls off, marked along the flame guard HD 800.
