Set of Towle Chippendale sterling silver flatware with carrying case and two Towle Sterling pamphlets. Each dinner knife is marked along the underside with "TOWLE STAINLESS." Each piece, excluding the dinner knives, are marked along the underside with "TOWLE STERLING Pat 1937 Chippendale," or "TOWLE STERLING Chippendale."
The set consists of eight oyster forks, one fish knife, three drink spoons, eight butter knives, eight tea spoons, one table spoon, eight soup spoons, eight salad forks, eight dinner forks, eight dinner knives, one slotted serving spoon, six serving spoons, one serving fork, and one ladle.
Case; height: 11 1/4 in x width: 15 5/8 in x depth: 2 1/2 in. Height ranges from 5 7/8 in to 8 1/2 in; width ranges from 5/8 in to 2 3/4 in. Gross weight of sterling (does not include eight sterling handled knives): 64.88 Troy oz.
