Group of hand-blown Venetian Murano Glass octagonal goblets. Each painted with floral and foliate motifs throughout with leaping animals. With gilt rims. The set includes: eight wine glasses, eight champagne glasses, and six dessert wine glasses.
Height ranges from 5 3/4 in to 6 in; diameter ranges from 2 1/2 in to 3 3/4 in.
Condition
None of the glasses have any chips, cracks, breaks, or major losses. No signs of restoration. Some of the gilding has rubbed off. There are natural inclusions/bubbles within the glass inherent to production. One of the smallest glasses has an unfinished painting of the dog; the white is present but the black outline is missing.
