Russian silver cigarette case with a match strike. Marked along the interior with an 84, maker's marks, dated 1879. Decorated along the exterior with numerous emblems including the imperial double-headed eagle, two sphynx, and a monogram among others.

Wear throughout as expected from age and use. No visible cracks or losses. The clip opens and closes smoothly. Minute dents throughout; however, they do not affect the overall appearance of the item. Light oxidation throughout as expected from the material. Symbols and pink jewels are firmly attached to the silver body. No visible signs of restoration under UV light.
