Sidney Harry Riesenberg (American, 1885-1975). Original lithograph on paper poster titled "Over the Top for You" depicting a soldier cresting a trench clutching an American flag issued to promote the Third Liberty Loan Act. A caption along the lower edge reads "Buy U.S. Gov't Bonds Third Liberty Loan." Signed in plate along the lower left. The title refers to trench confrontations during World War I in which going over the top of the trenches exposed soldiers to their enemies.
