Ramon Parmenter (American, b. 1954). Life-size bronze sculpture depicting a young boy holding a baseball and bat, 1993. Signed, dated, and numbered 11/13 along the pant leg. Ramon has mentioned that he is particularly interested in the human form; the dramatic interplay of muscle, limbs, and the torso. He is accomplished in many areas of expression including music, dance, drama, athletics, painting, sculpting, and writing. His ability to master these disciplines adds to his ability to create unique works of art.

The sculpture is generally in good condition, considering its age and use. No major chips, dents, or cracks. There is wear throughout; stretches most visible on his white shirt. Along the left arm, there is a red accretion that measures 1/2 inch. Dust collected to its recessed areas, and there are some areas that lost color coating. There is an area that shows a color difference on his elbow and his back, possibly a restoration attempt.

Revere Auctions accepts wire transfers, checks (personal or business check in US dollars certified by a US bank, a cashier’s/banker’s check drawn on a US bank or US money order), cash (US currency not to exceed $10,000 in a single or multiple related payments). Visa, Discover, American Express or MasterCard may be used and are subject to a 3.0% convenience fee and are limited to purchases of $5,000.00 (total). Credit Card payments for jewelry and gold are NOT accepted. The purchaser’s obligation to pay immediately the full purchase price is absolute and unconditional and is not subject to any defenses, setoffs or counterclaims of any kind whatsoever. Revere Auctions is not obligated to release a lot to the purchaser until title to the lot has passed. The purchaser agrees to pay Revere Auctions handling charge of $30 for any check dishonored by the drawee.
SHIPPING
