Pre-Columbian style Quimbaya gold maskette. The mask depicts a serene face with closed eyes and a band along the forehead.

Provenance: Ron Messick Fine Arts, Santa Fe, NM, purchased 2000; Collection of Bruce Dayton & Ruth Stricker Dayton, Minnesota.

(Without stand) Height: 2 1/2 in x width: 2 1/4 in x depth: 1 1/4 in. Good condition; some light wear and scratching to the surface.
