Von Schierholz, Dresden, Germany. Pair of porcelain globular urns resting on footed bases. Profusely decorated with applied floral encrustations and gilded accents. Each side with painted floral swags. The handles are in the form of two women perched on the rim of the urn; one holding a lyre, the other a feather plumed helmet. Each lid with two putti against a crest with a painted floral bouquet. Each marked along the underside.
