Pair of Kangxi period Chinese export porcelain dishes with famille verte decoration depicting baskets of flowers. Marked along the underside with artemisia leaf marks in underglaze blue.
(Each) Height: 1 1/4 in x diameter: 6 1/2 in. The plates are in generally good condition with no visible cracks or losses. Wear and loss to the decorations throughout. Along the top rim and footrim, there are minute chips. Wear to the underside, consistent with age and use. When inspected under UV light, the plate captured on the right in the listing image shows a sign of restoration attempts to chips along the exterior of the rim.
