Pair of 19th c. Chinese bamboo shelves, each with two drawers. Bound bamboo forms the entire substructure, other than the two drawers in the middle of the shelves, which are hardwood.
Provenance: Collection of Bruce Dayton & Ruth Stricker Dayton, Minnesota.
(Each): height: 7 13/4 in x width : 35 in x depth: 16 1/2 in.
Good condition with some minor wear and losses; have been refinished. Shows evidence of re-finishing and minor restoration.
