Pair of Minton English majolica jardinieres or planters, modeled as urns with a high foot. The shoulder decorated with Classically inspired borders, with two lug handles in the form of ribbon-tied foliate swags. The exterior is glazed in a bright turquoise, accented with yellow, maroon, green, and pale lilac. Both with the impressed marks "Minton" and 76, along with an additional illegible impressed mark to the inside of the footrim.
