The piece shows no visible tears, creases or losses, and no sign of restoration under UV light. The surface is stable, and the color is bold and bright. Along the lower right quadrant, there is a line, approximately 1 1/2 in long, that fluoresces under UV light. Along the upper right quadrant, there is another area that fluoresces under UV light; however, neither appears to be restorations. Along the extreme edges, there are several areas where the underlying canvas can be seen through the paint, but it appears to be original to the artistic process. On the verso, there are light brown marks throughout; please see the listing image. Wear to the frame; the canvas is not firmly attached to the wooden frame; please see the listing image of the verso.
