Leonardo Nierman (Mexican, b. 1932). Oil painting on board depicting an abstract composition of various hues splashing forth from a central point of bright light. Nierman is inspired by natural events such as volcanic eruptions, storms, and waterfalls, as well as classical musicians like Johann Sebastian Bach and Claude Debussey. This painting calls forth both inspirations, representing the crescendos of a musical masterpiece as well as the elements of a natural phenomena. Signed along the lower right.
Height: 31 1/2 in x width: 23 1/2 in.
