Lawson Wood (English, 1878-1957). Group of three pen and ink drawings. Two drawings are framed together and titled "A frog he would a-wooing go (Page 1)," ca. 1934, depicting the nursery rhyme of the same title; label on the verso reads: "Original drawing by LAWSON WOOD to illustrate 'The Old Nursery Rhymes' ca. 1934." The other drawing depicts a couple on a stroll with their dog. Includes the book "The Old Nursery Rhymes," published by Thomas Nelson & Sons Ltd, and illustrated by Lawson Wood.
