Russian silver plated samovar with a silver plated undertray. Marked along the top in Cyrillic "Tul.Patron.Zav" possible referring to Tula, a city known for its Samovar production. Additionally marked along the spout 11460 and along the bottom AVIII. With further silver marks along one of the feet.
