Pierced decoration through the rim. With six low knob-form feet. Marked along the underside with an applied crest and impressed number 199.

There are no losses or restorations. There is a small dent to the lip measuring approx. 3 1/2 inches in length. Scratches and scuffs throughout. There are a few areas where the silver has rubbed away, most noticeable along the interior of the cut-out decoration along the sides.
