Kodak Bantam Special camera with an early serial number 1905, circa 1936-37. With a stylish art deco case designed by Walter Dorwin Teague (American, 1883-1960). The Teague designed clamshell casing made for the smaller than usual camera made the Bantam one of the first pocket cameras. The lens is undamaged and fungus free, the shutter is operative at all speeds, the range and view finders are bright and clear, and there is smooth focusing.
