James Wilcox Dimmers (American, 20th/21st c). Oil on paper painting depicting a peaceful Minnesota impressionist landscape scene with the lake beautifully reflecting the sky, 1985. Signed and dated along the lower right. Hailing from White Bear Lake, James Wilcox Dimmers is considered one of the foremost painters of the St. Croix River Valley.

Condition
No visible tears, creases, or losses. No visible sign of restoration under UV light. The surface appears to be stable. The color is bold and bright. Framed under plexiglass; not inspected out of frame. Very light wear to the frame.
