Jack Levine (American, 1915-2010). Oil on canvas painting titled "At the Precinct" depicting a man in side profile with a lamp, 1981. Signed along the lower right. With labels from the Kennedy Galleries and the Morris Museum of Arts and Sciences affixed to the verso. Levine was a noted American Social Realist painter.

Provenance: Distinguished Corporate Collection, Minnesota.

Unframed; height: 21 in x width: 24 in. Framed; height: 28 3/4 in x width: 32 in x depth: 2 1/4 in.

Condition

Due to a thick and uneven varnish it is difficult to discern if there are areas of restoration. There are no visible losses. Verso not inspected. Light wear to frame.
