Surrounding the watch are 32 0.1ct single cut diamonds, 148 0.2ct single cut diamonds, 4 0.7ct baguette cut diamonds, 6 0.05ct baguette cut diamonds, and 2 4.2mm round brilliant cut diamonds, for a total carat weight of 4.5 carats. All diamonds have a minimum color grade of I and clarity grade of SI2. Engraved "Jeanne P. Rose, December 27, 1952," along the back of the watch case.
