H. Stern 18K yellow gold amethyst and diamond ring. The ring centers on an oval mixed cut amethyst with a medium to strong violet purple color, measuring 14.05 mm by 12.06 mm by 7.64 mm, weighing 7.00 carats total. The ring is further decorated with six round brilliant cut diamonds of G-H color, of clarity SI, measuring 2.00 mm, weighing 0.18 carats total weight. Marked "750," "MG923," and with several stars along the inside of the shank. With H. Stern box.
