Notable books include a bilingual copy of Aeschylus in Latin and Greek, published Antwerp, 1580; Sir Walter Scott, "The Lady of the Lake," Philadelphia: Edward Earle, 1810; five volumes of "Da Vida e da Morte dos Bichos," Lisbon, 1936; and an 1852 English translation of Goethe's "Faust."
