Wing Young Huie (American, b. 1966). Group of two photographs. One large silver gelatin print depicting a group of men wrestling in front of a car, signed along the lower right. One smaller c-print depicting a man seated in prayer, inscribed "Fulan [sic] Gong protestor, 9 Months in America Series, 2002."
Larger photograph; height: 20 1/4 in x width: 27 1/2 in. Smaller photograph; height: 14 in x width: 11 in.
The photographs are in generally good condition with no major creases, or visible tears or losses. No visible sign of restoration under UV light. The photograph of men wrestling has creases along the upper margin; there is a 4 inch crease to the lower right quadrant. There are a few other scattered areas with minor creases throughout. There is an unidentified residue to the lower and upper corners. There is a minute tear to the upper left corner. Light discoloration along the margins, does not affect the photograph. Along the verso, there are several areas with residue and tape.
The photograph of a seated man is affixed to the cardboard along the upper margin. No visible tears, creases, or losses. The emulsion appears to be smooth with no break. Visa, Discover, American Express or MasterCard may be used and are subject to a 3.0% convenience fee and are limited to purchases of $5,000.00 (total). Credit Card payments for jewelry and gold are NOT accepted. The purchaser’s obligation to pay immediately the full purchase price is absolute and unconditional and is not subject to any defenses, setoffs or counterclaims of any kind whatsoever. Revere Auctions is not obligated to release a lot to the purchaser until title to the lot has passed. The purchaser agrees to pay Revere Auctions handling charge of $30 for any check dishonored by the drawee.
SHIPPING
Revere Auctions does NOT offer in-house shipping. As a convenience to the Buyer, Revere Auctions will make a referral for packing and shipping. This is at the request, expense, and risk of the Buyer, and Revere Auctions assumes no responsibility for the items or the timing of delivery. Insurance for in transit items is the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer must reach out to a shipping company to arrange shipping.
