H. Fred Skaggs (American, 1956-1983). Group of two sterling silver rings. One ring is set with rectangular light blue topaz; marked "Sterling HF Hand Made H. Fred Skaggs" along the inside of the band. The other is in a by-pass design set with an oval cabochon dark blue opaque gem, possibly sodalite; marked "HF 925" along the inside of the band.
