Group of two early Minnesotan works, one map and one print. The map is of Lake Minnetonka in 1884. A legend along the upper left corner reads "The Northwestern Tourist Map of Minnetonka, Minn. A.S. Dimond & Son, Publishers, Minneapolis & Excelsior 1884." An inscription along the lower right reads "Proffered by Fredrick Herfurth Real Estate." The print depicts a large building with a man and a dog in the street before it. Illegibly inscribed in pencil along the lower right.
