Geschutzt, Vienna, Austria. Cold painted cast bronze French bulldog. Stamped "Gesschutzt" along the sternum. School of Franz Bergman (Austrian, 1898-1963).
Height: 4 in x width: 4 3/4 in x depth: 1 3/4 in.
There are no visible bends, breaks or losses. There are areas throughout where the paint has rubbed or chipped away to reveal the bronze underneath, most notably in the snout, ears and paws areas.
